Professional Project - Touristic


"Manantial Casa Club C.A." 

Design Project of Manantial Casa Club - (Scale model handmade by me)

Located in Palmira, Edo. Tachira - Venezuela, on a mountainous area with consistently excellent weather and visual landscapes that enrich the scene for users and visitors, just 15 minutes from the city San Cristóbal.

"Manantial Casa Club", is projected on a closed set of 48,729.32 m2. A first stage is developed on an area of approximately 17,658.29 m2. Within the group we find abundant vegetation and landscaping.

For the design of "Manantial Casa Club" were created different buildings, spaces and environments, such as:

Cabins for lodging:

They were implanted in an area of approximately 848.35 m2. There are 13 duplex cabins proposed, selected from four different cabin designs, each with independent access.

All cabins have independent access through walkways, stairs and gardens designed for the comfort and enjoyment of these.

All the cabins were projected with landscape designs as parks, gardens, lighting, seating area, parking area and a driveway with finishes of rustic concrete, making this a country space, cozy and comfortable for users.

Building of rooms for accommodation and Spa:

The accommodation building was implemented in a rigid building of 162.40m2, which has a main entrance with a double-height central area. Where the main stairs are positioned and the sitting area located there is a passage of natural lighting and ventilation, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for users.

This building is directly related with a boulevard of passive recreation and leisure, which in turn is directly related to the spa area. 

The Spa is situated in an area of approximately 245.05 m2, where there are different environments for relaxation and recreation for users.

The boulevard has an area of approximately ​​392.75 m2 and offers a complete set of activities that complement these buildings both the rooms and the Spa, relating directly to the complex.

Kiosks and Bohios:

Within the project a series of open huts called “kiosks” and “bohios” were proposed for activities such as meetings, parties, among others.

The kiosks have an area of 26.16 m2 each one with a total of 5 of these, The bohios have an area of 11.03m2, with a total of 8 of them. They are equipped with a cooking stove, a grill and a dishwasher.

Each of these cores is designed to give optimum functionality for users while at the same time they can fully enjoy the visual display generated by being fully open.

The restaurant and pool:

They are related directly, creating the biggest point of attraction for users.

The restaurant has a total area of approximately 222.96 m2. It is a two stories building, designed with a lobby for arrivals, a table area, bar / reception, bathrooms and the second floor with the arrival hall has a lounge, kitchen and table area.

The pool has an area of 404.72 m2 with a total capacity of approximately 180 people. It also has two Jacuzzis with an area each of 20.27m2 and a water bar with a chair area.

Services: daycare and laundry:
  
The daycare has an area of approximately 62.95m2. It has a playground, a seating and rest area, a toys room, a video game area, and bathrooms. Outside, a food area and a playground prefabricated with soft plastic pipes, to provide security and comfort to children. The park has an area of approximately 99,18m2.

The laundry which has a floor area of 77.43m2; this is located and directly related to the set of cabins.

Daycare and Laundry

The administrative building:

It is located near the main entrance of the complex. To design this area an existing building on the site was used, maximizing its structure and vertical walls, improving their facades, floor textures, stairs cores and increasing a greater level required to achieve the number required of offices. This building has a floor area of 238.50m2 and the basement floor that has an area of 121.97m2.

The Administrative Building
The administrative core, although is built with independent access and is indirectly connected to the rest of the buildings, it is directly connected to the parking area and access of the complex.

Services : Public bath cores and security cores

There are three public bath cores in total for the complex, one to supply the kiosks recreation area, another area to supply the huts and Boccia fields and a final core to supply the pool area.

For surveillance and security throughout the complex it is proposed that three key points for monitoring positions be used.All these services are part of the resort to offer an optimum service and security to their users.

The main and general parking of the complex is located immediately at the main entrance, which has a capacity for 144 parking stalls with a double circuit street 5m wide. This parking area has a slope of about 10%.

In general, this architectural design for "Manantial Casa Club”", proposes a series of buildings and spaces for recreation, active and passive recreation, for children, teens and adults of all ages.

These cores of buildings make an integral unit, so it will be one of the most complete resorts and important of the area, which may appeal to both users Tachira state, and around the country.

The proposal considered the care and preservation of existing vegetation. This way a maximum conservation and preservation of the essence has been achieved.

For this first stage of the architectural project corresponding to "Manantial Casa Club", it shows that the complex has different environments and attractions needed for good performance as a resort.

All users of the "Manantial Casa Club" will enjoy all the activities and services in a natural environment, cozy and comfortable, where they can spend weekends and holidays with the family or friends, making optimal use of all these facilities.
