Internship Project - Family Housing

Projects of remodeling and expansion of private family houses, located in Valencia, Venezuela.

The renovation and expansion of the first project covered outdoor areas, as well as a new look for the facade.

The outdoor areas were designed in different textures including concrete floor, pavers and various clay tablets, designing a pool area, hut, grill area with planters and greenery creating a quality space with comfort for their users.

Internship project - 7

The second remodeling includes internal areas in the distribution plan and designing a second plan in the house.

For the renovation of the second floor the stairs were disposed of in one of the rooms on the first floor and having direct relationship with the living room and kitchen area in the home.
