Project of a
multifamily residential complex in the city of San Cristobal, on a land of approximately 2 acres and a main route of
access to the complex.
Four buildings
were proposed for the whole complex, placing each of them around a square as
central space of leisure and recreation for the inhabitants.
The residential complex offers various services such as
daycare, ballroom, meeting rooms, swimming pools, sport courts and open huts
for different activities, among others.

All the apartments are designed and distributed in the
superposition of two basic geometric shapes, achieving integration of the
apartments with terraces for visitors and planters. This gives a unique touch
and a harmonious feel to each one.
